Omnisphere Keygen Error. "File is write protected"

    ^ A more easy solution is move the executable from macOS folder to desktop - patch it with keygen - put it back on place.

    try this download (the 2.5 et 2.6 never work > it crash Omnisphere):

    How I got rid of the 'file is write protected' .. With the DAW closed: 1. Dragged the .vst and component file to desktop 2. right click, get info, changed all permissions to Read Only 3. Click on patch in the keygen and browse to desktop, patch the omnisphere file (both the vst and component). 4. Put permissions back to read & write. 5. Put the files back where I dragged them from.

    Btw I opened the keygen.exe on Mac with Crossover (Trial version).

    Hi, i got same problem and i had to open 32bit app cause it didnt work on 64bit version, also try to run it as admin and check the dll is able to read and write. has to work bro!
