hello, I have a tedious bug on Cubase 10 Pro.

whenever I open the mixer, I have a white line on the left border, causing the mixer to be switched horizontally. this is the situation: the graphics of the mixer is slightly moved to the right, but not the function. and so, when I'm clicking on an object, because I see it in that point, actually I'm not clicking on it, but on a point that is slightly to the right of that object.

I know it's difficult to explain better: only the graphics is moved, but not the actual objects. I see the graphics moved, I go to click it, but I'm clicking on a point more to the right. I always have to resize the window, everytime I open the mixer.

this is exasperating, anyone having this?

 

Do you have a 4k and a non 4k monitor?

 

Nope, single 1080p monitor. I never had this problem before, then I formatted my pc and installed an updated Win 10 Pro, and this happened

What graphic card are you using?
Cubase version?

I don't think this is necessarily a Cubase bug. You also say you reinstalled your computer, and not having this before. Therefore, I think it more has to do with drivers and windows. I would check those and update.

 

thank you, sadly my drivers are already up to date. the only thing I can try is re-install Cubase, but I don't know

 

Yes, it seems more like a driver issue, try intalling different drivers version...
