Do u have some sound examples?

I guess there is no Cosmonaut voice plugin somewhere like u want, more like a combination of different plugins in a chain to achieve that sound.

If you mean like the in-helmet radio voice sound maybe something like filters and Izotope Trash or Futzbox. I'm following here too

look to simulate a radio effect.
It' about mimicking the poor bandwith of that kind of material.
look at picture i join and play of course with cut of frequencies of low and high pass to find your sweet-spot

Something like this, but I prefer the Cosmonaut plugin, I had it long time ago and it sounds more organic, I think.

Speak closely into a dynamic mic (with plosives), highpass, limit/compress, bandpass, distort and EQ. in that order. I've done this effect in songs, short movie and commercials.

I'd go for Audioease SpeakerPhone, preset: "Apollo base 1" in "radios" and "walkie talkies" category.

I don't remember if this preset is included in the main program package or in the add-on library, though.
Good news is that both are still available on AZ. Bad news is that SpeakerPhone is 32 bit, and hardly legible on modern monitors, but audio results are VERY convincing, see a short voice sample link:

    https://www19.zippyshare.com/v/FvaYOFcj/file.html

Also SpeakerPhone crashes my SoundForge at times, but there are other 32 bit hosts out there, that may tolerate it better.

    PS.
BTW - about half of the FutzBox 6 presets are screwed, so you need to tune stuff manually.
