I personally don't have experience with it but I know someone who does. He signed up, submitted 8 tracks and got a payout of $12000 at the end of the year. Since it's a subscription based service the amount of money you receive depends on the amount of downloads you get. But the barrier of entry is high as far as I know. That being said he only uses it for uploading "soulless" music that he quickly produces on the side for passive income. I don't know if it's worth putting the music you put your heart and soul into on there as there are certain "patterns" that music created for use in vlogs and other commercial products usually follows.
