It wouldn't change much. There are lots of DAWs now and this one isn't that special anymore.
Cubase being released here wouldn't have a big impact, besides some people yelling that it has been finally K'd.

 

that option to only colorize the track when clicking on it is not working here

Vintage reverb IR will not load due to license version not pro
Chord Track editor Fully Functional in the 4th outside row in previous version that was not functional

Cubase 11 Pro coming to a theater near you in a couple of hours

 

I think it would be a great release because many users have left cubase for another daw because there is no stable pro version if a stable pro version happens to be released I am sure that many old users will go back to cubase

 

Yep, looks like all testers here have same findings that delay compensation is fine in this release. Yeah I also noticed some licenses from teh team vr generator thats used in the package dont work, a bit buggy. But to me tehy arent really any major ones i care for, but yes to your point those also have an error for me.

I uninstalled it and installed it again, now it works perfect

Or... instead of leaving Cubase, they'd have BOUGHT Cubase instead of learning a new daw. Which is more likely.

Or they never stopped running Cubase 5.1, and in that case having Cubase 11 Pro K'd would make very little harm, since those people weren't customers anyway.

 

A week ago VR quietly updated their elements eXTended release of 11.0.10 to include their buggy SX/SL option that their 10.x releases also had. They start up as 'Cubase Pro 11' when started in SX or SL mode. It made it to a certain russian site, but I noticed it never appeared on the sister site (it's essentially a 'Rev 2' of the 11.0.10 release that WAS posted to the sister site, minus the license generator program, back in mid january).

I will wager this 'release' is simply that release with the menu entries modified to hide the SX/SL mode. Although I'm puzzled why it's not showing 11.0.10 but 11.0.0 in the screenshots posted here, unless it's a pre-release of that buggy SX/SL mode.

Oh, and as was the case with the SX/SL version of their 10.x releases, whether PDC works or not will be the proof in the pudding.

I say this because not everyone can pay almost 4 thousand reais in cubase

 

I saved a copy of the pro version before it was deleted (was supposing that it will happen). I’m on Mac but there’s a Windows laptop here in the house. I will test it tomorrow.... anyways seems that @The Pirate will win the race of testing it as i can see

That people is already using other K'd daws. Or maybe still running Cubase 5.1
That's not going to change the audio industry in any way. It's a DAW, not even a softsynth.

And Cubase isn't that special anymore. Back in early 2000s when you didn't have many alternatives, sure. Not now.
