    Hello there,

    Im looking for your suggestions for your favourite Delay plugins. I have tried a few, but so far I like the delay in Sylenth1, it is easy to handle, but it is internal in a synth plugin.

    thats slightly OT, but r u using the Audiotopia release or legit? If AU version, does it work well for u?

    ahh that is iLok. wanted to avoid and there is no way to select left and right timing for the delays.

    Totally forgot about this one. Most recent version i could find was 1.5.2 for windows. Hope it can do these normal plk delays for trance plucks.

    i tried FreqEcho, but i couldnt get these typical delay FX used for trance plucks.

    If there are more suggestions let me know :thumbsup:

    Valhalla Delay also has this "diffuse knob" that makes each delay more diffused like being influenced by reverb, that should make for great atmospheric effects :mates:

    It's a bit like with reverbs, they (all) sound differently. One time I had a specific delay/echo sound in my mind and had to try six different plugins and ended up with this ugly bastard http://go.nomadfactory.com/products/p803-Echoes/ [​IMG] But I'm not sure if it fits for trance plucks.

    Till a few weeks ago I thought these were just some devs big talk but then I understood what it meant and instantly knew there's no turning back. LEMON, what a silly name for such a big sound.

    The secret sauce is to use it really slightly just to get the character of the tape, without any delay effect !

    I always end up using instant delay by unfiltered audio because it's straight to the point and doesn't have too many settings, but I don't know if that's gonna be good enough for someone who's looking to configure it in detail.
