Same here only audible change I can make is the gain control.

What is the procedure for this? Nearly all my GUIs are too small

    edit:
Also Softube plugins are producing no sound atm, yet to test them all but Deess and mastering maximiser no luck.

I'm trying to get it work via Paralles with Windows 10 but I'm getting a message from the Sever that is unable to use the port 55056.
All the firewalls are disabled. Is there anyone that can tell me how to set it?

This has come up a couple of times in this thread already. The reason you are getting that message is that AudioGridder is already running in Windows and you are trying to launch it again. There is no UI when you launch it so it is an easy mistake to make. Look in bottom right hand corner of Windows where there is a little up arrow - click on that and you will see the AudioGridder icon in the popup.

First - Happy New Year to all!
So after reading some threads here and GS about Audiorigger, I decided to run some tests.

Specs - macmini late 2012 / OS 10.13 (high sierra)
    Logic 10.4.8
    Audiorigger version 1.0
(new beta server just crashes all the time and is unusable for me)

First tried audiorigger (server) with old mac book running OS lion 10.7 connected to the MacMini. -Latency works great for mixing / all tracks synced up. Great for adding extra CPU.

Then I tried what I had read about using the server on your main computer.
    Wow!!!:invision:
    Test
I can run 4 instances of IK Tape in Logic (5th one causes cpu overload)
Then I ran IK Tapes through AG and I got up to 8 ( sometimes 9) Instances.
I figure it spreads CPU load much more efficiently than Logic. (can't test other DAW's but i'd figure it would increase performance aswell)
But bear in mind that the mouse starts jerking a bit at full load but it works.
If the Dev can really solidify Audiorigger he most likely will have a commercial hit with this product and make money.
The potential is incredible. (Dear apple - this dev should be hired to make Logic work properly!)

    Cheers

P.S. @Xupito I could really use one(or three) of those Spainish Beers right about now.
P.P.S. @The Pirate I could really use one those Russian Cracks right about now too.

    Happy new years Vro!:drunks:

By the way, when i use it with Parallels, i find it more smooth to open the vst on the DAW and switch to the VM to actually tweak the real plugin. the buttons are much more responsive !

Tip: go to the main Parallels toolbar and enter Coherence mode in view. From here you can click the plugin in the DAW then use the main one i.e. VM version without leaving your DAWs screen. Also makes it easier to quickly do this by letting the VM's programmes share the host's dock. This means simply clicking the plugin in your DAW's AudioGridder instance as usual, then just clicking the Audiogridder application in the dock at the bottom which only appears as you load the plugin's UI

i yesterday put a old HDD drive into my second macbook port and installed win10 on it. connected through ethernet with my imac and it connected and worked straight. this way i had 93ms of latency though.

wondering what version of paralells are you guys using? im on mojave
wanna give it a try too to see if this has less latency?
still not sure if i need to use parallels on my macbook and connect it with ethernet again or if it also works when i install parallels on my imac where i also work with logic in the same second?

im on Mojave too, Im using 16.1.2 Parallels, works like a charm. I dont mind the latency as i use it only for mixing, not recording.

Trying to decide if this is actually a viable solution, if the whole VM, latency and CPU usage is worth the tradeoff for hindering workflow. I've so far implemented some plugins into my template however even with them turned off they connect which I think is using CPU. Maybe just worth using towards the end of a production. So having AU plugins whilst recording, and mixing, then swapping out for AudioGridder for the Softtube Eventide Soothe etc during mastering and final mixing. The CPU of AudioGridder in the VM is often going over 100% and struggling as well when multiple instances are in use. Still considering moving it to my MBP to see if the CPU strain will alleviate across 2 systems, but still unsure if, as I say, this is actually viable for every day work. Thats my 2 cents so far with it anyway

I don't think so was trying that myself. Would be good if it could lock to the position.. I just bring the DAWs plugin to the right on the screen and use the VMs in the left - seeing as it likes to return to that top left corner.

    thanks. will check :)

good point. didnt thought about it so far, that when i run it on the same machine i will loose power in my project for the real mac plugs. so i consider to install parallels on the macbook and take it with me every mixing session, or...sooner or later just buy a little win laptop when i see it fits in my workflow for real.
