Mozarts Rondah Ala Turk - Remix (Rondo ala Turk) https://soundcloud.com/scouse2/remix I wrote this track whilst working through the "Trance Music Mastery" courses uploaded by Horsemen (many thanks Horseman), It stems from a recording I did of my son David playing "Rondo ala Turk" on a church like organ a few years ago. The track starts (and ends) with the original recording, and all the middle bits are what I have thrown in - synths - war drums - choirs - guitars etc. If anyone followed "Trance Music Mastery" courses, they will recognise a few instruments from the courses. I'm still on a very steep learning course with Ableton Live so your comments (good bad or ugly) are very welcome. scouse.
Did you slow down the track a little bit? I love how you kept the softness of the piece but you mantained it through all the piece while even in the original there are some sharp changes that I would eventually consider adding. I would also add some sharp strings passages and perhaps I would add some organ drones in the quiet parts. Just my two cents.
Thanks chopin4525 for listening and your comments. The speed of the track is as my son played it, so I kept it at that, it could be faster I admit. I'll play around with your other suggestions, but as I'm still learning Ableton, I wont find it easy. Thanks again. scouse.
