Drum Empire 2020 is a free 57GB pack recorded and processed in 2020 in one of the best studios designed for drums in central Europe, the Svarov studios. We sampled a huge array of high end drums and cymbals, mostly with sticks, but brushes, floopy, mallets and hands got some love too.

Drum Empire 2020 requires MDrummer or MSoundFactory to work!

 

Now my favorite drum library. Really well done. The Mdrummer is a little confusing though.

It's a very generous gift from them, but you need MDrummer or MFactory for this to work. Which is absolutely understandable. They've invested a lot of work into all this. I mean plugins, too, of course.

I still wonder if you could somehow transfer samples, or somehow unpack WAVs from this big archive...

They have 3 more different drum packs for free dl on their website. Very generous. Except that you have to use their plugins to use these.

i think these run only with MDrummer, maybe there is a way to extract samples from .mdrummerpack format using 7zip

 

No go, mate. Doesn't work. I wonder if MDrummer reads it directly or extracts files from it. I've never used MDrummer before, although I've meant to try it for ages.
