At first ear it seems to me the last two are different.
First couple are (should be) Bb, the last two B (or G#m, not sure) AND A.

So you mean the same TYPE of chords or the same scale?

 

Chord Type or Chord Progression I guess. Last two something like
VI - VII - v - VI

I have no idea what I'm talking about.
I found it somewhere.
What this means? Major six - Major seven, why five is small? etc.
Where I can learn this? You know some source of music theory for morons?

Nice but this is too advanced. I don't know what means Tonic, Supertonic, Mediant, Subdominant, Dominant, Submediant.

Ok If I have something in Minor or Major i can easy recognize it.
For example if i find something like this:
IV - V - VII
I know this is Major.
If something like this:
iii - vi - ii
I know this is Minor

But how with other scales?
Like Phrygian, Lydian, Arabic, Balinese, Byzantine, Chinese, Chromatic, Egyptian, Enigmatic etc. ?

The type of chord is major, minor, 7th, etc. Scale means also the root key where the chords lay in.

You need to crawl before walking, walking before running.
You need to know the basics of harmony rules, after that all those strange roman numbers get some meaning.
I can't explain all the theory (that I don't have in anyway), but there are plenty of free courses, search on YT.
One of my favourite is Rick Beato, a music theory guru who explains things crystal clear.
Search also for "chords symbols" because there are more than one consolidated standards.

 

Remember that the the 7 scale modes like Phrygian, Lydian, etc. are built on major scale (any), only the starting point is different.
So for example the Cmajor scale from C to C that you know is the Ionian, then start from D to D you have the Dorian, then E to E Phrygian and so on.

All other type of scales, don't give a damn (except chromatic), also because most require a different microtuning and intervals.

I can suggest: learn circle of fifths;
scales: major, minor harmonic and melodic, VERY optional all other modes (I personally never needed, I think is more a guitarist thing).
