I'm trying to install Waves 12 from the sister site but the installation just freezes during the install. I've already tried restarting my computer which didn't work. I've also had problems installing waves before. In fact I gave up after days of working on it because the problems with instillation seemed so insurmountable. I have no idea how to fix this issue but I was wondering if you guys had any help you could give.

 

I'm having the same issue. Install gets to 25% and crashes every time. I've followed all the instructions from the Waves website to fix the problem but nothing has worked thus far. I even reached out to their support team and they acknowledged that there's an issue with Waves Central, and claimed that they had fixed it, but I'm still crashing as of 5 minutes ago.

 

Make sure the install folder is on your SSD or HDD before you install and then select offline install from the folder you transferred on your SSD/HDD. Installing from a read only mounted disk, can be sometimes a pain in the bu**! Give it a shot.
