Runtime error for Inno setup

    Hey guys, when i open R2R setup files, i got a runtime error "Runtime error (at -1:0):
    Cannot import dll:<utf8>C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\is-CQFN9.tmp\ISSKINU.dll."
    When i look for dll file, it is in the right location. I reinstall microsoft visual and framework files, again the same error. I messed up something in the system, but I couldn't figure out. Any solution for that?

    Reinstall windows is really the last option for me. I have many programs plugins. Any chance to fix it?

    Dont know if this will be of any help but when ive come across that problem using wine it was because i needed to install mfc42 , if that fails see if you got vcrun2010 vcrun6 vcrun6sp6 if not try installing them one at a time ...................

    I looked and have both versions 32bit and 64bit of mfc42. I installed all visual packs, and the same error.
    Yeah I thought because of visual packs, didn't work.

    Thank you guys, searching for solution.
