    Archetype Instruments has released Arc 5 J-Path Edition, a freeware synthesizer in VSTi plugin format for Windows.

    Arc 5 J-Path edition is a lite edition of Arc 5. It’s fully working but banks and some functions are limited.

    Arc 5 J-Path Edition is available for free download via Archetype Instruments (7.1MB download size, distributed in 32-bit VSTi plugin format for Windows).

    This is a cut-down version of the Arc 5 virtual analogue synthesizer. It features limited functionality and offers a smaller selection of factory presets (contains 64 presets in total).

    Do not download if you are using Arc 5 full version.

    Full version is impressive.
    A lot of features/synthesis for that price.
    And sound is very good.

    I find it better than the more hyped ANA.
