all that white white noise? gets added automatically whenever I import a track. Anyone know how I get rid of it? I am using adobe audition recent plugins from sister site only, I uninstalled all the plugins but still getting this white noise.

Adobe audition I had for years installed, properly blocked etc and so was all of my plugins.

I will list the most recent ones I installed on the 21st of this month because the other ones I installed over a year ago and I didn't have this issue.

    The more recent ones are

    FabFilter.Total.Bundle.v2020.06.11.Incl.Patched.and.Keygen-R2R
    Toneboosters VoicePitcher 3.1.3 VST x86 PROPER + x64
Aegean Music Pitchometry v1.1 Incl Keygen (WiN and OSX)
zplane Elastique Pitch 2.0.5 WiN X86
Devious Machines Pitch Monster v1.2.3 Incl.Patched.and.Keygen-R2R

    All from the sister site.

I block every .exe and .dll any plugin installs from the internet with windows firewall.

    I use offline aswell.

I have uninstalled all the mentioned plugins with Revo Uninstaller (removes everything a program installs i.e. folders, files, registry) and I still have this dreaded white noise being add to my audio, Its in audition, audacity, and when I playback an audio with windows default player. My browser audio is fine. I have uninstalled my audio drivers with DDU and reinstalled new version of audio drivers and still dreaded white noise.

And yes My grammar sucks and misspellings I blame emojis and auto correct for handicapping me like this, got too dependent on it lol so when its gone Im lost lol. Anyways but yeah I am very capable of properly installing scripts etc, blocking host file, etc.

Also the audio file that seems to be affected is only .wav

    My System is
    Windows 10 ver 2004 (os Build 19041.508)
    Adobe CC 2019 Build 11.0.0.199

Hopefully the addition of information will lead to some help.

EDIT: Fixed it, I dont know what plugin was causing it, but I reinstalled gem voice and tone boosters, so if it happens again, we can narrow it down to those, and if it doesnt happen guess we can narrow it down to the others.

no that's normal algorithm from adobe. When adobe detects music that's so trash, it injects white noise to the signal so that something in the audio is atleast listenable. Good thing for A.I technology huh?

    Very importantly:
What are the properties of the file you are trying to import?
Also, the general stuff: Did you block internet access to the program?

Keep in mind that your question was posted here in a sloppy manner, lacking information, and with misspellings and bad punctuation.
If your procedures for installing software are similar, it might be a clue.

This seems to ring true with me.
Interesting fact: For decades, some producers have run a track of white-noise in the mix.
It helps your reverb tails and it helps dithering.
