Hi!
I'm new to the forum and I need a little help with Arturia Pigments2. I installed the latest R2R version from sister site but when I open it I can't see any wavetable, sample or filter. For example: When I try to load a sample it actually load it but I can't see it visually, same for wavetables, or when I use the filter I can't see it moving. I'll post a photo where I highlighted the thing that I can't see in case you didn't understand me

because you didn't wrote any information to understand WTF is going on with .dll file... or witth .au file...

is this hint clear?...

Please deliver more information's to get proper help.
What for OS do you use, what for release (version) did you install and so on...

 

I'm on windows10 home, I installed the V2.0.0-R2R. When I open both the vst2 and vst3 inside ableton v10.1.14 I get this problem. I also tried to install the standalone and run it by itself but I still get the same problem

 

Try re downloading it and do a fresh install might be missing files .. but thats a wild guess

Do you maybe use Ableton in Win 8 or Win7 compatibility mode? That can give a lot of issues.

 

Didn't even know there was this option, do you know how to check if it's on?

I checked, both ableton and arturia are not in compatibility mode, do not know what else to try...

 

Maybe it is a problem with your video card not handling Pigments's GUI very well.
Also, did you check up if there is a newer version available?
