Well, by using the term Hi-Fi, manufacturers mean that usually they have Eqing circuits in the signal chain , in order to make the final result more "pleasant" to your ears. This means bass boost, treble boost etc. That is the main reason Hi-Fi amps don't suit your studio needs. I mean in general they are all amps. But the "studio" ones , are the ones that try not to interfere with your signal. HiFi ones have all this bling bling buttons that ruin your sound.

But you can bypass EQing circuits. It's optional. The only degrading factor then are remaining a couple of contacts in the switches or pots, and it has very little impact on sound quality.
And really high quality (talking about integrated here) Hi-Fi amps have only the function switch and the volume control (possibly with attenuators, not potentiometers).

I am doubting about having someone fix my broken amp since it is an old one from the 90s. Is there any recommendation for an amp with the same characteristics (95 Watts RMS (8Ω) that is not too expensive and is fine I can buy second hand (for let's say less than 100€)? - I see a new one from Thomann is about 150€.

Depends on what is damaged. Almost everything can be fixed, amps are not rocket science. Much easier then to get a car fixed. The only problem might be lack of adequate spare parts, but I doubt it (depends on what country you live in).
I believe you should find out first what the problem is. Anybody qualified can detect it with measuring equipment within 15 minutes.
