It sounds so fluffy, and as if it flutters, for the lack of a better description.

Or if someone know some good preset packs that have sounds like these, that would also be really nice.

 

Roland Jupiter or the Prophet 5, download the Roland Cloud plugins and maybe the Arturia Bundle from the sister site and you are good to go

Arturia Prophet V or the U-He Repro 5, have a look for the Audiotent Presets for the Repro 5 as they have a similar vibe to what you are after ;)

I don't know, but maybe you refer to the fact that all the keys are sidechain ducking to the kick.
