Since i use this computer im always offline i also disabled lan controller and wifi controller and my onboard audio in the bios the only problem is my wifi an audio device still pop up in device manager
Maybe it has something to do with my vmachine which is connected to the net so now and then

I had read all answers in order to understand what's going on here !! please tell us if you have any antivirus app? this is one.
The second issue, you don't need to disable network!! some plugins depend on, any plugins need mac address will not work.so you can use Netlimiter v4 and above! block any app you want, block the internet but not disable the local network and many more features.
the last thing you still using win7 !! please tell me what the benfits? I don't like win 10 either but after I used win 10 LTSC everything has changed. reads about it.

Or one of those new highly trained smoking chimps furiously typing away, chained up in a warehouse somewhere in bombay..

He supports developers as much as i support the rats eating completely through the fetid, rotten compost heap in my back garden

(Btw, i support developers all the time, i love supporting developers!, im like buying them lunch, sorting out nice weed for them, doing the shopping for their old parents etc etc
