Probably more chaos... It all depends on whether or not the individual finds the secret worth knowing. If everyone knew everything that could be known, we would just find new ways to discriminate and create new secrets so that one individual could have more status, wealth, power, control etc. over others. Having no secrets doesn't mean the elimination of human nature or animal behavior. Unless you eliminate the sense of feeling and the entire idea of individuality and self, it would be impossible to have no secrets... As long as there exists the idea of wealth, value, and information there will be lock and key and with that will always come with secrets....
