    Here, in the original post.

I'm aware the SNIPD is 031, that's what is in the original nicnt file that I'm using.

I just tried the R2R to see if I could get something to create the entries that weren't being made by anything else.

There isn't anything that I've done that would create problems. I've only made 1 edit to a file myself and that was to change the xml to 031 in the service center. I've deleted the 2 registry entries described above to clear the unsuccessful keys Kontakt sees but those are common knowledge, nothing fancy and no edits to the registry.

I have only tried a few different versions of Kontakt to see if it's add library would add it successfully.

I am appreciative of your help, I'm just frustrated. None of this makes any sense.

Well I fixed it! I deleted the xml for Forgotten Voices Terrie in the service center which also has SNIPD 031. Opened Kontakt and there it is!

Thank you Bob Dule! You need to install Native Access as he said but that fixed one problem but by the xml Forgotten Voices Terrie being installed it created another. You need Native Access and you need to delete the file I just listed.

    Thanks for the help everyone!

Okay, I did actually miss that at the end of your opening comment, you were right. I'm sorry.
I don't know how the SNPID # ended up as <100>.
What I wanted to know was what it was before you changed it.
If you reinstalled Native Access, I don't know why you are having problems.
Not all of my SF libs etc are in the Lib Tab. They don't need to be, and I think they are one of the 3rd party devs that didn't initially pay NI to get the license to appear in the Lib Tab anyway. So people create .nicnt for them.

    edit: Great!
    NEXT!

edit2: Wtf are you doing giving yourself Best Answer?! It should be bob.
It's only relative to your situation, and is not the actual answer as to why you had problems that you created.
I told you that you had conflicting SNPID #s though, and that urged you to try that.
So now you can deal with the other conflict, eh.
That's the only reason I didn't say to delete the conflicting .xml file.

I selected that as best answer so if anyone else finds this thread and are having the same library problem i described in my open, they can go straight to the fix... it's not about credit or boasting it's about helping other people find a solution to their problem... if I missed someone else specifying exactly which file should be deleted to fix the problem, please let me know, i don't care about that crap, i care about people solving problems quickly and that is the answer/fix... delete that file.

But in fairness you're right as far as Bob saying install Native Access... if I can check both I will... that's petty stuff to me... Bob knows I respect him.

    Thanks for your help

Even though you created a new thread within 17 minutes, when he'd already told you what you needed?
I'm just saying, giving yourself Best Answer is not the way (if you do that over 5 times, you'll suddenly be on the list of Best Answers, yet falsely!) and especially when your answer is not the answer, because how & why you had everything so messed up IS the answer!
    Do you see?

So for this to be of use to anybody at all, you'd need to edit the thread title to include Spitfire Symphonic, not the unhelpful title it is.
And the person would have had to have randomly created a new nicnt file or whatever you did, and have downloaded exactly the same 2 libs from the same wrong place, one of which probably had a borked .xml file or .nicnt file in the first place, who knows. You see?
You changed it from <100> to <031>, although you say you knew it was 031 all along. How did it even become 100?
I hope this makes sense. And you aren't supposed to award yourself best answer anyway.
Uh, yeah. Thanks for that info. That is actually what some of us are "about", yeah.
But you will not do that with your self-awarded Best Answer and useless thread title.
You are the only person I know that deleted NA.

    Don't be a bell-end then, self-awarder.
    You feel sorry for yourself.
Just telling you about your "shit"; not "bitching or whining".
    There's a difference.
