No complaints from me, it's a free service.

 

I constantly have trouble using it. I either have to refresh the page constantly until the remote link gets added for download, or remove what's in the queue then re-add until it finally works. That site's tetchy as hell, but as Haliax said, it's free.

If anyone could share a tip on how to stop Oboom from taking forever to add a remote link, I'd greatly appreciate it.

 

Sometimes, adding the same link 2-3 times allows one through. You should then be able to cancel the others

 

Yep, that's another trick I use to get at least one link uploaded. I guess there's no magic to getting it to work first time. Hit and miss it is!

 

I guess a lot more people are having similar problems with uploaded links remote uploading to oboom. Oftentimes, there will be at least one stubborn link that just refuses to upload and I have to use a premiumlink generator so I can upload it to rockfile and then back up that file to oboom so I can give myself extra time to download...

Right now API calls are returning 500 in the response which means there is a server issue (possibly database). You'll just have to wait it out

Whoever wrote this API needs to think about how http responses work, the http response is returning 200 (Success) but 500 in the JSON body indicating an error. It's either an error or not, it can't be both.

Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

No one does any more, we are living in a society where everything is expected to be instant and on demand 24/7.

 

I'm getting a new error for me. And it comes up quickly within 3-5 seconds when it usually takes at least 10 seconds to get ANY response good or bad. The error is: 500; connection error. Is Oboom working for y'all or are you getting this error TOO? This is using the remote upload feature, of course.

 

Happening to me too and many people more I think.

Dang!!! Then d/ling Ample Metal Eclipse is gonna be very problematic for me. Boo hoo hoo.

 

See what I mean? I've only d/led 2 out of six RARs and the Uploaded.net links are gone. Damn......

 

You can request a reupload, despite the fact Oboom not working is still a problem.
