I found a way to avoid misgendering anyone.
I simply refer to others as "dumbass", "moron" or "fuckwit", and everyone is happy.

 

Referring is one thing. Addressing is another!

If you are not going to assume gender then I ask again: What makes the picture sexist?

 

Man can have titties also, I think their called transgender, cant tell the gender of this pic

 

But when speaking directly ... addressing a person, misgendering via pronoun is almost impossible..
"You" is the pronoun used in those situations.
It is when referring to the person that misgendering usually occurs.
And it makes the offense all the more absurd and pathetic, as a third party needs to inform the "victim" that they have been misgendered.
Often it is an SJW "sticking up for others" who takes on that .. ahhh .. responsibility.

it is sexist because assuming that the person sitting next to the driver is a female/she/he/it/they/any other gender it means that the privileged male/he/she/it/they/any other gender driver is enjoying his privilege shutting the person sitting next to him with sexism, implying that females/she/it/they should not talk while driving + suggesting male sexism against women + old primitive boomer opinions, when women can drive as good as men/he/it/they.

 

So by your own admission, you are making it sexist by virtue of your interpretation. Perhaps it is your assumption that is sexist, as there is no indication of gender in the picture.

I find it interesting how people increasingly can't see the forest for the trees, and I find all this rather funny. To elaborate further, it's sad seeing people fighting over crumbs instead of going for the cake. I hope this makes it more clear what I'm trying to say.

We deserve everything we get, and everything that's coming. Since nobody will do, or is able to do anything about it, everybody should just relax, appreciate life more, have more respect for other people, enjoy little things, fuck consumerism, calm down, and have a nice day!

 

In jokes about gender, skin color, religion, geographic origins, etc. there is always a hidden discrimination inside. We all know that trolling people on these topics can lead to disastrous results. This pic is overloaded with superficiality and narrow-mindedness. It is interesting to see that people who use this type of discriminatory jokes only do so that they won't have to take any responsibility for the content (as you can see on any lousy social media)
Try this: print this pic on paper and distribute it at the entrance of a feminist conference in your city. What will happen is that after a few minutes there will be only a few pieces of clothes of you remaining on the ground and nothing more: the ladies will torn you to pieces and eat your bowels

this actually says more about your views. nothing in this picture says that women cant drive, it simply says the passenger needs to STFU and not distract the driver. from what we see in the picture we can tell by the look in the eyes of the passenger that the passenger is not a happy camper. ofcourse you're gonna say "who wouldnt be pissed off with a seatbelt covering their mouths?" but ask yourself this first: why was is necessary to make them STFU? and also: why hasnt the passenger simply removed the seatbelt, there are no other restraints preventing that.
