Roland Cloud Manager problem

    After installing the roland cloud manager i opened and it's on the same logo "starting up please wait"
    i tried uninstall and reinstall but still .
    i am trying to download the free zenology .

    Do you maybe have R2R's Roland Emulator installed? Just a thought...

    Can someone upload zenology the free edition ?(or send me p.m)
    the installation file can be found when downloading it from cloud manager in : C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Roaming\Roland Cloud\Cloud Manager\tmp

    No, It's not installed.
    from latest roland R2R release info file . R2R wrote Roland changed their protection and no need for emulator anymore.

    It's freeware from Roland.
    Zenology lite and SH-02 are free.
    I did.

    I solved it once by doing this that I found on the internet, I hope it helps

    Step-by-Step fix below :

    Host File Location : Windows/system32/drivers/etc/host

    1) Back-up this "host" file first just in case you need to come back and use the original "host" file
    2) Give administrative rights to the "host" file
    3) Remove (four) separate 127.0.0.1... entries in the "host" file (this could vary per case)
    4) Keep ONLY the "127.0.01 localhost" entry
    5) Save updated "host" file
    6) Started Roland Cloud Manager 2.5 - RCM started immediately and working
    7) Updated to RCM to 2.5.1 RCM started immediately and working

    i bet cloud is malwareish and your puter has some antimalware settings

    Not a Wannabee Sheriff, but respecting, abiding by, and reminding of SAiNT's wishes as per the simple site rules.

    Loooool, dude, how do you choose the Roland Cloud Manager storage???? This is the most terrible cloud storage that can only be. I do not know what it attracts users with, maybe its name or interface (although its interface is also terrible), but when I saw what it was, I immediately wanted to puke... This cloud storage is terribly slow, there is a limit (as far as I know) and it has very strong bugs. I think one of the most important criteria when choosing a cloud storage is quick file upload, because no one wants to wait a million years to upload their photos and videos from a summer resort to the cloud.

    Oh man, gotta love this community! Worked fro me with latest version. Bought an MC-707 and couldn't open the Cloud Manger to buy sound packs.. been Roland help and forum multiple times with no answers and then here we go.. Thanks so much! Was about to give up..
