hello guyz
i updated omnisphere on my mac to 2.6.3c and i patched components and vst with the keygen and replace them but when i run omnisphere standalone app or add it on logic pro the program hangs and quits
can anyone help me?

 

My process is to pull the au, vst to desktop, patch the binaries for each (drill down=show package contents)
using the r2r keygen...after successful patch, replace to correct location. codesign the au restart computer
all working here LPX 10.4.8, High Sierra

 

What ^ said. With the older r2r releases I've had to move the binaries to a Wine directory and patch the binary there, not sure why. With the new one, I just patched the binary in the plugins directory and it worked fine. But depending on what you use to run the keygen (Wine, CrossOver), you may need to move the binary to patch it. And then, of course, sign it. Should be good to go.

I'm on 10.14.6 Mojave in case that helps

Having issues with this also! I’ve patched the VST and AU without any issuesFor me the AU works perfectly in Ableton 10.1.3. The VST and standalone with not open. So far I have tried Batchmod and Permission with no luck. Again like the original poster said “ They’re just quitting when launched” I’m on OSX Mojave btw

what is codesign for mojave ?

 

I use Wineskin Winery to open keys on Mac

 

In terminal,

codesign -fs - [drag and drop vst / au here and be sure there is a space between the last - and the beginning of the vst name and without the brackets.. I'd do this directly on the binary and the vst / au itself]

 

There have been so many releases of the keygen. I'd try more than the included one. Maybe look for an older release because I remember, recently, there was keygen that wouldn't patch correctly.
