I see you've used iZotope RX7, which I just wanted to sugest to try. When I've extracted vocals from a track I used RX7 and also tried online services as: https://melody.ml/ / https://www.splitter.ai/# / https://ezstems.com/ (there is a topic about it)
Spleeter seems to be a hassle to install. What about the results? better than RX7? I'll try to check it myself sometime.

 

sry didnt get it done on win7 (no other OS here at this time) but on win10 it seems managable with the tutorial video above for win 10 to install spleeter

Nope, you just don't know your tools. The regular, all-purpose one is called Spectral De-noise

And there's a new one called Voice De-noise that's more suited for dialogue


Edit: Keep in mind this is for removing preamp noise and other background noises (traffic, background crowd noise) - not for making illegal remixes. You can only get so far polishing a bad quality source.
