The soundpack is Intergalactic Beats, by Freaky Loops, there is a demo on the website, but inside the files there's a whole bunch of short demos of the stuff you can do with the loops and samples from the pack:
    https://www.freakyloops.com/products/Intergalactic-Beats

This Sneaker guy is literally uploading the demos as his own copyrighted music, he didn't touch a single this. There a whole album made just of these demos:

Is there any way to report this? I can only find the guy on Spotify.

Philistines. You just don't understand art.
"Richard Prince (born 1949) [...] began copying other photographers' work in 1977. His image, Untitled (Cowboy), a rephotographing of a photograph by Sam Abell and appropriated from a cigarette advertisement, was the first rephotograph to be sold for more than $1 million at auction at Christie's New York in 2005. He is regarded as "one of the most revered artists of his generation" according to the New York Times." --wikipeediya

Yeah... you can send this information to Freaky Loops. If they are bothered by it, they'll send their attorneys after him.

**sus, that's some low bullshit. I use loads of premade loops in my tracks, myself, but I still make something unique, artistic and ME out of it. This is just... fuck this guy, that's all I can think of to end this post.

Uh, there's also the slight possibility that he is, in fact, the guy who did the demos? Freaky Loops is a company, not a person, and most of these sample outfits hire outside composers to create their product demos. I don't know for sure. These days, just swiping company demos and claiming them as your own isn't much different than what actual recording artists are doing.

That's exactly the first thing I was thinking about .. I think someone who is able to put his stuff on Spotify is not that stupid that he steals stuff because Spotify, Deezer and all the other services got all of his Details like personal and bank information.

It's not possible to be anonymous there unless he uses wrong personal information and just wants to troll.

BUT IF he really is not concerned about Copyright infringement and just took this stuff and re-uploaded it then I lost finally my faith in humanity! :guru:

I think the chances are high that people have already taken loops etc from other companies, mangled them up with FX and re-sold them as their own work which, thinking about it, if you changed someone's work to make it unrecognisible to the original may be legal after all... hmmmm.

Spotify doesn't have any personal info on artists. They only communicate with record labels and distributors. So any earnings he might make, Spotify pays the label/distributor and then the distributor pays the artist (after taking a fee of course)!

Btw, where is your avatar from? Looks really trippy :D

I've heard of scammers passing off random production/ library music as their own too.
I suppose it only matters if it get's a huge amounts of hits and the original composer misses out on $4.56 in Spotify royalties.

Again, I dunno, if he was the actual composer or not, just seems like either a really ballsy or a really stupid move to actually sell somebody else's music as your own, even if it's two hay-pennies and some lint earned on Spotify. At the very least, if somebody sent a message to Freaky Loops, they could send the alleged "composer" a cease and desist order or a DCMA takedown notice.

Maybe he created the loops and never got paid? Or he’s just not very creative lol? I’ve used loops, resampled and mangled them to sound different...I’ve also created my own, whatever works I suppose...Don’t imagine it’s much fun copy and pasting the same exact stems lol!
