My only demons are the Spectrasonics and W4r3z requests I get bombarded with here. In reality, I live a very peaceful and healthy life. I have been free of drugs and alcohol my whole life. If I have done it for almost 60 years after living in cities like Barcelona, Milano, New York L.A. and Miami, anybody can. I know that mental health issues are different but not impossible to overcome. Where there is a will, there is a way bro!

There's no tea for this, I've tried others as boosters but the meds really do work best. I'm very open minded and have tried a lot. At the end of the day I stick to what works now for my future (my kids). But that's a side note in all of this. Don't let it be the focus.

The focus is music and harmony. When everything breaks down, find your own serenity. For some of us, maybe there's a kamille tea, but for the rest of us, let's just get from point a to point b!

@Stryves We don't know each other personally, but I feel for you like you are my brother. I'm really sorry to hear you're in this situation now as I am taking another kind of meds and I know how essential it is for mental health and life quality. Especially with the kid you need to take care of too.
I'd love to help you anyway I can even if I'm in other side of the world. If there's anything I can do, please do let me know.

@Rorer - I really don't wish you or anyone else to be in similar situation as @Stryves . You have no idea how it is. Please, for the sake of God, please, stop giving voodoo/guru/tea/meditation or other ignorant advices. This is too serious, too deep and should be treated with proper medications and help from medical professionals.
