I’ve said that before. They only care about their own ass. That’s it. Just like their recent "End of Life" products. Big shame NI! They have been putting artists in such a fucked up situations with “updated” products and so-called NEW “awaited” my ass products! Many people including myself were spending more time dealing with bullshit in the studio than making music! Their support SUCKS as well. Numerous updates that requires you to fking change your entire system and so and on! Yea…just like other shitty companies.

It’s about time to say NOOOOOOOOOO! Either you want to deal with bullshit or make music! Leave that company in cold water.

I dont own any of their new products, so im not stuck in a hell of a time with server connections and updates but they still piss me off!

 

Well, I do own many NI products as a long time legit customer, for 16 years or so I would say.
But that's it not anymore! The past 7-8 years or so they just became horrible! Can't deal with their products, updates or how they treat their customers.

 

I can't even remember the last thing NI released (besides Kontakt itself) that was remotely worthwhile or interesting. All their in-house produced libraries are pretty awful.

 

Kontakt is still stuck somewhere in 2006's with the utterly retarded GUI, and i'm not talking about other fucktarded things like the multiout management annoying bullshit that we are forced to use in 2020's. FUCK NI and fuck the one who is making decisions there. there is no surprise the company is going downhill with lay offs, FUCK YOU AGAIN NI and the ONE who is making decisions there.

i use their stuff for a long time now. its not the first time they discontinued a product (spectral delay, b4, etc) or release a new one and forgot it instantly. i use their stuff like maschine , massive, kontakt, battery, reaktor, which is stuff that defines the musicindustry for years (since their first product in 200x).

mysteria is a 299€ composer niche product and not a every musician library. why did you even buy it, just to find out its not fitting your setup. its for composers or trailerpeople, not for doing a background choir companied by an 808 and autotune lollypoop lyrics. so get over it.

i blame it on younger codders at NI, they may have hired staff without experience from school to work on ther new stuff

 

^^^THIS!!! Man I couldn't agree more I've been saying this all of last decade. The fucking kontakt sampler GUI is so trash and really is stuck in the '06 era. I've had this discussion with a few other members on here that agree with me. Man that fucking sampler is so over rated and it's sooo annoying when everyone sucks off the sampler like it's gnna be their hero and fucking save their hopeless music!

Don't get me wrong, the libraries that some companies make for it is pretty good and decent, but fuck me dead whenever I'm using that sampler I feel like I'm stuck in the olden days...
