One small plus is You don't need Jbridge to run 64-bit

I didn't expect anything spectacular of it at all. I just looked at it as another source of a handful inspiring presets. But since I don't work with windows I am just like a bystander watchibg the car crash taking pictures of the mess ;)

 

Yea, I confirm that I am using the 64bit version and it works. Just finished running through all the patches, guess I was hyped by it too... Spire is more versatile, especially since Genesis Pro is using tons of samples (install is 1GB!) while Spire does not at all, but of course, is also a lot more expensive. Soundwise, Genesis is not my thing, it feels a bit plastic/metallic to me overall, like a signature that is on every preset / sound it makes, not my sound though, but I guess some users might like it.

Could you please cross-reference some preset with the youtube videos of sound demos. I can imagine that there was some post production mixing involved on the sounds to make the patches sound more pristine.

Make sure you are connected to the internet while trying to auth your serial, I had it failing too until I noticed that my firewall blocked the installer from connecting to the internet. Once I permitted that, it authorized fine.

 

God, it was blocking my region. Setup VPN and it's working.

Anyone else getting this? What the hell am I supposed to do to get this to work? Neither the 64bit nor the recommended 32bit version will load in FL Studio.

edit: nevermind I had to run FL as admin. never had a plugin where I had to do this.

I just fired up my windows PC trying to get this piece of shit software to run in StudioOne... no chance not even when running as admin.

 

Ive already bought it but i dont see the serial number in my email. Where they send you it?

I dont really like you cant choose the install root, I guess they ll change this in near future

Seems like 8 more years until we get a stable cross platform version. Ummet Ozcan - I thought your plugin will kill Serum. Now even WA prod. plugins can mock at your Genesis.

Kinda funny, he's reasoning for the 1 euro price was to make it as accessible as possible. Instead it's the most tedious security for something that could have probably done better as donation ware.
