hey guys . I managed to install Omnisphere after a few tries. I used the demo mode just so check if I did it right. thing is . I downloaded wine and tried to run the keygen with it but it just won't open ... it opens a window for less then a second and disappears. what should I do to fix it?

 

and another question . do I have to open the keygen on my Mac or can I open it on a pc and just copy the code it

I personally opened the keygen on parallels desktop (windows 10) (cracked version) while having open on my Mac the verification box and verifying was successful.It seems like you need to have both the keygen and the verification box open in order for the verification to work (not completely sure, as I said it seems).Tell me how it goes...Hope this helps.Good luck! P.S The Omnisphere you installed is the release of @The Pirate? If yes, would you be kind enough to tell me what did you do in the first steps? I have tried pretty much anything and can't get part's 15 iso to open...must be on my part but haven't figured it out...I must be doing something wrong in the start...im pretty much stuck at this point...I had installed successfully on my Mac r2r's release but I couldn't get any sound to play besides everything I tried and uninstalled it..

 

I don't think its from the pirate but basically I just manually put all the (iso-disks-whatever) one by one at a steam folder located at user\application support.and Omnisphere is working. I'm not sure i understand what you did with the keygen can u explain it?

 

My release has 15 parts that make up the ISO which contains the STEAM. Parts 1-14 consist of 5 .zip files compressed with 7zip. Part 15 is also a .zip file.. Each of the 14 parts must be open independently from each other. Each will yield a .RAR file. Once you have all 14 .rar files + the 15.rar file you need to extract them and that will yield the ISO. The ISO needs to be extracted too. The result is the STEAM folder.

 

Parallels in short words emulates windows on a Mac like bootcamp does only that it gives you the ability to run both simultaneously ...What I did is that I runned the keygen on the virtualised windows environment parallels had created WHILE having OPEN as well (since I can) the instance AT THE SAME TIME which requires you to paste the code.I copied and pasted the code and the verification was successful... P.S. I had tried in the past with bootcamp to do the same thing only that this required me to close my daw and the instance in the process and it didn't worked.I still had the demo...I couldn't run both windows and Mac at the same time with bootcamp.

 

hey man I just got it done and I managed to get Omnisphere successfully! I basically done something similar to what you did. I managed to make the keygen exe file working by "installing" it on the wine bottler software. I then clicked patch on Omnisphere inside the vst/contents/macos and on the components/contents/macos .
I hope that this info helps anyone because installing Omnisphere on Mac is a mess.. I'm now looking for ways to update Omnisphere to the latest version so I can integrate it with my synths. I hope you will manage to get it done as well man!

Hey! I am currently having this same exact problem with The Pirate's torrent of this. I can't get the ISO to extract in step 15. Keka extracts it from a .7z to a .rar, not to an .iso. Please let me know if you found a solution to this, it is very frustrating!

i don't get why there is no proper step by step process for this installation !! ok i extracted the iso in place and installed the first updater, now how can i get it patched if am on mac, please someone assist

 

if you are not able to use Key Gen App (search sister site) if in later Mojave or Catalina, either one - you can def use Crossover version for Catalina, it works in later Mojave OS versions also, esp if the key gen app is not working anymore (which happens). open the keygen.exe file on mac, by right-click and choosing "Open With..." and selecting Crossover app. you can use this for all .exe files going forward if you like. in crossover when prompted, create a folder (like "keys") to install to, and it should then think and finally open the keygen. so then you should drag the omni/keyscape au and vst plugins you want to patch, to desktop. in the keygen, select the plugin files from desktop, and patch. when successful, drag or copy/paste and replace the plugins you just patched, back into the main component (AU) and vst plugin directories, replacing any older or prev version. enjoy
