How these Retro Lofi Sounds are made ?

    Hey guys If you saw this Sample Pack on Sister Site ( well even if you didn't xD )
    Then Can you guys share some ideas for making Sounds this kinda " Retro Sounding " or just gritty lofi
    I mean how that Flute and Guitar sound just so Retro and good ? What Plugins can FLUTTER and add kinda Vibrato effect on Flutes like that ? ( idk what we call it )
