    I used https://www.receive-sms-online.info/

use a number that has the least amount of sms received or wait for a new number. Once a number has been around for awhile Proton bans the number because others are using the same number.

    This worked 100% for me

I have been using Tutanota, but had no idea about sending encrypted email.
I used it as just another provider in organizing.
It is the account i use to sign up for premium download services, etc.
But i was looking into Proton and found an interesting article:

because gmx is full of annoying ads ? and they seam even to sell you address so that you get even more spam ? If you lost your PW you have to pay 5 Euro etc...

now that was interesting. if they work fine I would very much test a chinese or russian mail cloud system. and Baidu I've already heard a lot about. its not like they are not going to grow.

and by now chinese based systems or anything else than google etc are starting to look much more interesting

What is the "PE" that you have to pay 5 Euro?
Now that you mentioned it, I've actually never had any spam on my GMX mail from emails that I don't recognise. LOL:dunno:

Sorry I have uBlock Origin extension and I've never seen any ads, so I can't confirm or deny if there are ads.

I've had it for decades too and I've never had any ads in my mail from GMX or any other email address. And I use GMX for all the shady stuff really.

You must be doing something wrong there buddy.

Are you sure we are talking about the same email provider? Its GMX we are talking about. Couldn't find any source online stating that they charge for password recovery. And don't really wanna initiate the process my self.

Can you provide any proof of that please?
