I have really tried to keep from buying a lot of stuff this Christmas and I´ve been able to do so untill resently...but I simply couldn´t resist the new Auddict Percx.

Good (so far):
-Impressing how a v1 release works so perfect.
-All formats + Standalone.
-Extremely intuitive and easy to work with.
-Pretty simple to create your own loops and save.
-It sounds damned good if you´re into epic percussion.

Not so good (so far):
-FX section isnt really impressing
-Xpanders are too expensive and sounds pretty much the same.
-Hope they´ll develop the ability to turn down the epic..... less verb, compression etc.

Concept:
This is a "all in one". You install Percx and the rest, like buying new xpanders etc is dealed with in the app (gui) itself.... which is very new - at least for me. I wonder if it all works if you disconnect the internet

Me too.... for several years now

 

i bought it as well and i like it so far and agree mostly . but i feel the same rant like Hexeract with promises in the future which dont comes and becomes someday a dead Horse imo .

 

I dont know about Hexeract.... but I hope for some improvements regarding PercX.

 

Yeah I bought it too. Agree with the comments.

Had a few moments getting my head around the midi GUI part, but it's very impressive what you can achieve. Great sound.

 

'PercX requires an internet connection on the computer where it is installed in order to be activated, and to install the content. Once you have done this, it can be used without a connection.
