Just imagine this badass event and the DAW crashes on the big screen and they scramble to do an emergency bug fix and delay the public release

 

it actually sounds like a reasonable explanation at least, much better than what we "have" right now

so there was a "4.6 launch party"? with sponsors at a well known venue and still not one person has a single freaking picture to show from it? not a single twit about it? not from the sponsor, not from presonus, not anywhere. not a single comment?! their own forum wondering wtf is going on with zero info. it makes no sense

this is looking exactly like the stupid campaign presonus made announcing a coming HUGE event celebrating studio ones 10th anniversary. with several videos resuming studio ones history, with interviews with artists using S1, all announcing that big news were coming in a future "live streaming event" blah blah blah, and?

well the "great" day came, and all it was was a 10% or 15% sale announced in a pointless pre-recorded "live stream"..

to call this way of marketing things weird is an understatement.
