Any way to install plugins selectively from Waves bundle on sister site?
I don't want all the plugins. I just want some of them but the installer does not give me the option to install them selectively. I have "Waves Complete v2019 07 10 R2R".

I have definitely done it with one of the versions I grabbed. It wasn't from the sister site though that I grabbed mine and it was actually by Team VR, but their steps were this:

1. Execute attached Install_Waves_Central.exe & install it
2. Run "C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves Central\Waves Central.exe"
3. Press "Install Product" => "Select offline installer" => Choose "*\Waves\" => "Move all" => Install
4. Press INSTALL button & relax
5. Apply Waves_Complete_patch.exe

For sure step 5 will be different for the release you grabbed, but maybe that helps you some?

Step 3, I just picked and chose whatever I wanted rather than moving everything.

 

Just grab waves central pick the plugins you want to Install and leave the rest

 

Thanks for your answer. I downloaded the Waves Central. I clicked offline installer and selected the folder of R2R release ( R2R release has a setup with 2 .bin files ) but nothing happens. It seems it is looking for something else in the folder. Probably R2R has manipulated the installer of Waves. Any suggestions? What version of CE. VR Waves release did you use for selective installation process?

What does that even mean? Are you trolling in a smart way?

 

This is the only problem with R2R installers. This "all-or-nothing" approach is always a problem when you have space restriction on your hard drive!

 

You can do an online install the same way and then patch.

 

I think the other poster meant dont mix releases. But just to answer your question, in case you want to download something different to use ( and just install this only) I grabbed:

Waves.10.Complete.v.7.3.2019.WiN.iND
In it, was the VR patch to 10.0.0.16
I didnt get it off the sister site though, I dont believe.
