Hello, I don't know if this is from my computer but Ableton Live Suite 10 starts in 30-40 seconds.
All files are on same SSD, Intel M2, is very fast, so why this opening delay?
    Is this normal?

How big is your user library? If it quite big it sometimes takes longer to the app to load.

mine also start very slow after every pc restart. But when I open it for the second time (after restart) Ableton start normal. Not sure what is the problem. Tried clean reinstall, tried to delete all Ableton registry files, tried different Ableton 10 versions, nothing helps.

The same happens to me. There is also another known problem. Ableton 10 fails to delete the Basefile folder on exit, so, when I open it next time, it says that it has encountered an "unexpected error". I've read that the issue has to do with the read/write permissions of the folder, but I couldn't fix it yet. The latest update had no impact on the problem.
In contrast, other DAWs, like Samplitude ProX4 launch almost immediately (1sec).

User library is not big, I just installed, everything fresh, same thing
I don't know why this is happening, Live 9 started faster. I am using a M2 SSD, also on Samsung SSD with all files on SSD, libraries, packs evertyhting, starts very slow

Mine does the same, v10.1 on Windows PC. It stalls at 'loading VSTs' first time around, even though there's no new VSTs to load. Next time I open it without restarting the computer it is also a lot faster.

are you writing something in the text file. If it's turning of the scanning I will not do that cause I want it to scan for new plugins
