The bass and synth sound.

    How to make this bass and synth (voc) sound? I've tried to make this kind of fat and soft bass sound for all day long but failed. Plus, I am wondering if it is bass guitar or synth bass. I guess it is a synth, but somehow it sounds electric bass as well.

    the synt is a classic moog funk lead sound, the bass is a real bass guitar with what sounds like a very subtle touch of envelope filter pedal
