To all of those having problems with non legit Kontakt installs, library adding and registration, the recently released Kontakt 6.1.1, and the "repack" generously provided by our brother @r4e, is the solution to all your problems.
Regardless of whether you are running a previous version or do not have Kontakt installed, this release simplifies the whole process or fixes previous issues. It comes with a patched retail installer that automatically does everything for you as easy as it is possible. I tested it on several W7 and W 10. It works flawlessly.
In the original release, the installation goes as follows:

If you have a previous version of Kontakt 6 (Demo,Player, or Full) you don't need to run the Kontakt 6.1.0 Set up. Simply run the patcher or manually substitute each file with those in patch folder.

If you don't have Kontakt installed or have any version of Kontakt 5 already installed. Run the Kontakt 6.1.0 Setup and when finished either run the patcher or manually substitute each file with those in patch folder.
Note: Kontakt 5 and Kontakt 6 can coexist in the same system.They have different install paths. In fact, you need the Kontakt 5 for your old projects because the names are different. "Kontakt 5" and "Kontakt"

The setup replaces the following files:
Kontakt exe.
Kontakt dll
Kontakt aaxplugin

It automatically adds an automatic registering tool in C;\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt\Add library. exe

*You dont need to activate protected libraries. You only need to register using the Add libray. Batch mode is supported
*You can edit patches of protected libraries
*You can resave protected patches with samples
*You can edit password-protected patches

With @r4e repack the installation is simpler:

1. Mount the image
2. Install Kontakt 6.1.1 + the Add Library tool
3. Enjoy
