R.I.P. Ginger Baker

 

Damn. RIP.

 

Still have my original 45 rpm single of Sunshine of Your Love.
He and Keith Moon were two crazy but incredibly talented drummers.
80 is a pretty good age for someone who spent a long time on hard drugs.

 

Yeah, it's amazing he made it to 80 given his lifestyle.

Now we must consider what kind of a world we are going to leave Keith Richards....LOL!!

 

Damned indeed! Again another legend has gone forever. RIP Ginger.

should start 1 thread for each one of them.

 

tell that to his kids , grandkids ,friends and family kidda and if they have made a significant impact on many peoples lives then hell yes we should do 1 thread for all of them , have a nice day ...............

Ginger became a TRUE driving force for me when the 'Blind Faith' / "8-TRACK" TAPE" came out !!
( I swear ...... , I still have that 8-trk tape too !!)

Gawd ..... , 'Had to cry today , feed the litte children' , wadda a MASSIVELY TALENTED DRUMMER HE WAS !!

Yeah , he was a great influence for me to learn those single handed drum rolls !!
