Arturia Pigments ERROR

    Hi, I have just tried to check presets of Pigments 1.2.1.617 R2R. Loading ACID MOUTH preset I get an error "The preset can't be opened in this version of Pigments. Please update to the latest version." I haven't checked the other presets yet. Do you also get such an error? Have you solved the issue?

    Hey, I'm currently using Pigments version 1.1.1.503, which is an earlier version than yours and I'm getting no such error. I even tried specifically loading the Acid Mouth preset and it works fine for me. A possible solution could be to actually downgrade versions.

    No problems here with 1.2.1.617 R2R. I tested the Acid Mouth preset no errors.

    Sorry but it seems to be V.R version and not R2R. I am testing now the latter one.

    I have just checked R2R version and got the same error. Another patch X-Ray Env Decay Seq "can't be opened in this version". Did R2R fail? Some more patches don't work either.
