Watch his video about a Def Lepard's song Gyro if don't know it yet.Very interesting the work on the reverb.

Thanks for posting this. I also find him very insightful. It's some nicely inspiring stuff. I like how he dissected the No Surrender by Judas Priest, too. Good channel.

Spends first 5 minutes discussing the "completely irrelevant technical side", yet claims to have no idea what they are doing.

 

if someone record its self talking about "TIPS" well I guess it must be all TRUE right?.. and if he is the "winner" of a BIG Potato mac .. well even more right?

 

Listening to shitty lossy low quality audio inside a high end room studio is the dumbest thing i ever saw. At least i hope he synchronized a decent flac or wav just to show us the YouTube video. I'm not speaking about us, it's his approach that is completely wrong, he's analyzing a song and he's inside an awesome room so why in the world you choose YouTube? It has no fucking sense at all, on the Queen video you can see it 'cause it's written "Queen official YouTube channel" in the beginning. Probably because he already know all the things he's saying 'cause he listened to that song in high quality a ton of times already so he doesn't give a fuck to listen to it on a good quality again because making the video is the only purpose. But it's sad anyway.
