I'd start with the bass guitar, and develop the idea from there.

There're also several VSTi guitar users in this forum pretty amazing. But a solo is where real guitars are more ahead than VSTi's

She's on holiday but I scanned her. Maybe if I can figure out how to connect the data to a guitar-friendly robot...

 

make it downloadable maybe? also, i would start with an idea, not just a 2 note bass groove.
