I know as of now reaper does, but I did hear that in the near future Reaper will drop 32 bit support.

if you'd want VST as instruments, then probably Vienna Ensemble Pro is the cleanest solution - you can run 32bit server with 32bit plugins support and load it in whatever DAW you wish

and to keep it on topic. 32 bit plugs are a thing of the past, most good ones have updated to the modern day standard. The O.P. should just get Jbridge and use what ever DAW he or she is comfortable with instead of finding a DAW that you can feed your old shit into
