    Wow that's great!
I'm an AI researcher too, I did a neural network that can listen to autocompletes music for more then 10 minutes without getting paranoid. We should run these programs in the same machine and let them enjoy their works forever.

Incredibly cool. I wonder if there's something similar (AI or not) to auto-arrange existing MIDI compositions.
For instance, you have a slow guitar solo and you want to make that little pitch bending at the beginning, vibrato if the note is long,...

Never heard of anything like that before but it would be hella interesting if software like that existed

    Hello SceleJohn,

Very interesting indeed, I think the samples sound great. May I ask how much training data you used? I'm asking because I did a complete site rip of remixpacks.ru, and after now checking I got around 20 MB of midi files (going along with around 2TB lossless compressed audio tracks).

Did my Bachelor Thesis on Midi Song structure detection, and my Master's Thesis on music source separation using Neural Networks. If you need any advice on conditioning Inputs, send a PM. I can also share with you my midi files if you ever choose to retrain with a (larger?) corpus. I also have access to a powerful GPU, should your network be suitable for those.

This stuff sounds really cool. I listen to a lot of fusion and prog, so the "off" notes really made things interesting, and could become a great songwriting tool for a lot people. Just to hear something different that you wouldn't normally play can help you stay inspired and creative.
