I have only seen Mac guys getting it working with Melodyne 4.2.1.003. I'm gonna wait for 4.2.2

 

me too, win 10, cubase pro 10.0.30

 

Just install the 4.22 demo and after that install the cracked 4.2.1 over it. This did the trick for me on Cubase pro 10.0.30 on Windows

Work or not? 4.2.1 not working. So far, it has been a regular update for Meoldyne. How long do you need for crack ver 4.2.2?

yes you install the demo than install the older version and replace the vst 3 version the new version is intalling on C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Celemony\Melodyne the old version was by me on C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Celemony i have move frome C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Celemony to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Celemony\Melodyne than has work but you musst seting up in cubase this settings this see image :

 

Not work for me... install demo then over demo v4.2.2 install 4.2.1.. not have in Cubase 4.2.1 only demo 4.2.2

thanks Tannoy for the info , no need to install the demo , just create folder (melodyne) inside VST3\Celemony and move the vst3 to that folder , worked perfect.

Weirdest thing evah.. but it works! :D for some reason... (You don't need to install 4.2.2 at all, just move the .vst3 to the new folder and it works! =)

That´s really amazing, as if all that is different about 4.2.2 in comparison to 4.2.1 is that it is installing the vst3 file into an additional subfolder named "melodyne"... maybe that is the folder strucure that Cubase is demanding if it should treat it as a extension with ARA. The people who installed the official demo of 4.2.2 can for sure confirm this different folder structure (guess this is how you guys found out about it anyway ;-)).

I wonder if it´s the only change. Would be a bit ridiculous actually... but the better for us, as we all can use Melodyne 4.2.1 as an extension with ARA in the new Cubase now already!

I haven't looked at the changelog, but I'm sure 4.2.2 has some improvements over 4.2.1. Either way, we can use the one we have untill new version drops onto sister site (hopefully)

 

Yes, true! But I meant especially changes that are important for the ARA integration as an extension in Cubase, to let work more smooth there and everything adjusted to Cubase.
Because even with that trick that lets it work for us there might be some details missing for that maybe...

deleting your Defaults.xml file sets cubase/nuendo back to factory settings which is 32 bit float ..melodyne doesn't seem to work in either cubase or nuendo with 64 bit float settings ..
