I know that Reaper does but wondering if there are any other ones out there?
On a side note, which 32to64 plugin bridge for Windows do you find the most stable?

FL Studio features such a bridge.
Cubase v8.5 or older did so.

Acoustica Mixcraft has built in bridge for 32 bit plugs.

Very much this, has native 32 bit bridging and runs everything I throw at it no problem.

Surprised to see how many posts took to someone to say this.

Audition has direct jBridge support (but you'll still need to buy it)

In addition to Reaper, Mixcraft is also ridiculously stable for 32 bit bridging.
The new "Acid Next" also has 32 bit bridging..... I'm still testing to see if it's bridging is as stable as Reaper & Mixcraft.
jBridge & DDMF BridgeWize are great, but are wonky if your operating system is not tweaked for compatibility.
Rewired Reaper x64 is also great for hosting 32 bit vst plugs. But, you do need to figure out operating system tweaks for guaranteed bridging stability.

    Nice thread - Interesting.
Do you think 32-bit bridging is a growing trend rather than something that's dying off?
If it's a growing trend then is that just because it's getting easier to do, so companies are thinking "why not do it, it's cheap enough", or do you think they see a significant lingering demand for 32-bit plugin support?

Very good recommendations. So far we have:

    DAWs:
    Reaper
FL Studio features such a bridge.
Cubase v8.5 or older did so.
    Magix Sequoia 15
    Samplitude
    Bitwig
    Audition
    Acid Next

    Bridges:
    jBridge
    DDMF BridgeWize
    Blue Cat Audio PatchWork

Due to stability, I am looking forward to trying out Mixcraft. For a while now I've been really enjoying Reaper but started having some crackling/freezing with even a fully optimized system so I am trying to compare with few other hosts if they have the same issue. From the other recommendations, in addition to Mixcraft, which ones have been running the smoothest on your rigs?

With the majority of 64bit DAWs now supporting 32 bit plugins a better question is "Which 64 bit DAWs do NOT support 32 bit plugins?"
