hi there, here's my build, assembled on November 2018:

    ASUS Prime X470 Pro
    AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
    ARCTIC Freezer 33 eSports ONE
    CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200
    WD Black NVMe 250GB
    CRUCIAL MX500 500GB
    SEAGATE Barracuda 500GB
    SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 480 4 GB NITRO+
SHARKOON SilentStorm Icewind Black 550 W 80+ Bronze
    BE QUIET! Pure Base 600
    ---
FOCUSRITE Scarlett 6i6 (1st gen - driver/firmware updated to last "beta")

    Software used:

    Windows 10 LTSC (1809 - build 17763.1)
    STEINBERG Cubase Pro 10
    SPECTRASONICS Omnisphere 2, Keyscape
    NATIVE INSTRUMENTS Kontakt 6
    IK MULTIMEDIA Amplitube 4
    ARTURIA V Collection
    GSi VB3 II
    SYNAPSE AUDIO The Legend

I tried to optimize everything as I usually do with every PC, with my laptop too (I don't have any problems at all on my laptop, with last LTSB version, not LTSC).

Still have interruptions during playback on Cubase and recording (making recording - both audio and midi - impossible, because every interruption the recording stops) and sometimes audio degradation/distortion (audio examples attached below).

I often run LatencyMon tests but everything's ok, so I was thinking to optimize BIOS. I will update it to the last version.

Is there someone having this MoBo, who had optimize its BIOS for audio work? thank you.

try another driver in Cubase, in Studio Setup there should be something like Generic low latency ASIO Driver, try this and see what happens.
Dont use extremely low Buffersizes like below 128. For playback 512 Buffers will be perfect.
I run a ASUS Prime X370 Board with no problems and no special tweaks inside the BIOS.
