^ Yeah, I agree. It did seem to go far either way without any artifacts. Surprisingly good.

Ill just buy mulab then, wonder if i can split the takes if i worked them out in a single audio line. I hate rewiring apps, but this perfectly integrates with other daws as master clock.

Splitting & arranging audio clips is another BASIC function of most DAWs.

Have you tried out the demo of Mulab? I can't think of any daw where it lets you import audio , say a drumsynth you recorded, based of that recording it will let you import samples that fit perfectly to your recorded drums,You can import other audio files and it will adapt to the tempo youve set on the drums

So, you're gonna buy something, but you still don't know if it can do something or not???
All DAWs do this. As @junh1024 helpfully pointed out to you.
    And you disagreed with him/her!?
But then you go on to say how useful you think Mulab is!?
You're a bundle of contradictions! lol
And if what you say is true, that not all DAWs can split and arrange audio, then I'll bet that Mulab will be the one that can't do it! lol
    So strange.

<sigh> All DAWs can do this...
How many 'apps' have you 'rewired', exactly? lol. Rhetorical q.

And yes I said app, whats wrong about it exactly? ableton is a application, so is mulab.

i think this has been well covered by now, but almost every DAW works that way these days. try some out from the sister site and see what fits your needs best

^ Wow. Thanks for all the Negatives you've just put on my account! When you could have used Neutrals, like Disagree.
Yes, you said app. So what? That was not at all what I was getting at, obvs. It's just a modern word, used instead of software.
Calling me and whoever else you are referring to 'retards' shows who you really are.
No. You can't. I just pointed out everything you alone said.

^ Yeah right. It's like, you try and help someone who is newb enough to ask questions, and then...oh whatever!
I just traded back the 2xNegs and gave a bonus of 1xNasty for the "retards" comment.
Person has 16 negs, which seems quite a lot?!

just had a read through the comments and i cant really tell where the dispute started XD
i did see it mentioned that ableton live was not great for it though, which i do have to agree with. if you need a classic timeline approach then i wouldnt recommend live.

"Workflow" is a word for a personal thing; not related to any DAW. Newb. And I wouldn't agree that Ableton Live is "efficient" as you say. Btw: look up the difference between speech-marks/quotation marks, and apostrophes.

@tun No dispute as far as I could see! I just suddenly got Negs for stating that @alex921 had disagreed with @junh1024 when it's true, and that I found @alex921 to be a "bundle of contradictions". And then I get attacked. Which is probably reportable.
But hey; looks like they are used to getting Negs, so they probably thought it's common procedure to give them out! lol

Well, try helping Newbs, or even just pointing out to a special snowflake that they may not actually be correct! lol

edit: scratch that! Thought you wrote you weren't often in my situation! sorry.

lol np. i think everybody has those experiences sometimes.
my fav one was a guy who told me that the null test did not prove that two signals were the same. i argued that for hours XD
looking back i should have let him seal his own fate
