FL is owned by WIndows, this may be their new smart feature.

 

I still don't get why ya gotta "prepare MIDI for export". Still. Or why the UI is a total fruit salad of different (unchangable) sized fonts (main menus) etcs. But I'm a total noob @ FLS. Even so, I approve this message / idea!

I opened this thread for all non-customer users to post their issues. Not just me. Image-line is very good at resolving problems fast so some generous customers can help others in that.

I'm listening to all posted answers to find a good way out of some deadlocks.

Now let's blame R2R. It's their fault. They had to make us legit users too beside providing amazing free tools but they shirked their obligations. Bad R2R!!!

its worth it mate, i bought it version 7, lifetime updates and its not alot of money, if you use it then go for it

I'm only using FL for its synthesizers nowadays but I still own it so I tried to reproduce your problem and here's the result:
I loaded multiple patchers with complex routing and multiple plugins inside each-both native and VST-and the smart disable is working flawlessly. I'm on FL 20.1 btw.
