What about the Vita Instruments as:
    - Celtic Harps
    - World Flutes
    - Power Guitar
    - Pop Brass and others? It's possible to DL, but they need extra activation keys, which are not free.

So, those Vita Instruments are not included in the Pro X3 Suite, right?

They're not terrible, but not as good as other commercial libraries. I'd go for Kontakt libraries instead.

i agree, these inbuilt intruments are not very good at all. they sound.. cheap..
go with third party stuff like kontakt.
worth looking at the INdependance Sampler also.

Coming back to this old thread of mine...
I'd still like to play the Vita VSTi's, but:
Is it only for me? Those Vita VSTi are very hard (not nice) to play. The pressure, when pushing a note on the keyboard (what's the right term?), changes the sound from very silent to very loud in a unpleasant way. Can I change this sensitivaty somewehere in the VSTi itself?

    Thanks!

I'd like to remind that Independence Suite libraries are much better sounding than their basic Kontakt counterparts (listening carefully to both of them, it is obvious).

For sure there are many much more great and sophisticated supplementary Kontakt (expensive) libraries than existing Independence libraries.

But if you had to stick to the core sample libraries, Independence Suite is undoubtely better. The Suite libraries are timeless.

    @Grok Thank you!
I need to specify: I'd use the VITA VSTi (Piano) just to practise a song (with youtube tutorials) and for this; VITA is very quick to load and already integrated in Samplitude, but with the described sensetivity it's unplayable for me. I'll check Independence and I'll also check some free piano VSTi's. After practising I'll play it on a digital Piano.
    Thanks again!

The fact that yuo cannot 'edit' some of the intruments is a bit of a negative. they sound ok 'out of the box' but once you've been through the glossy presets they are not terribly useful to me.
i tend to stick with my third party vsti...
